Local inputs and optional consent
Worksheet text stays in browser memory and is discarded on reload. No store login, file upload, local persistence, or API write exists.
In a separately approved real binding only, optional consent can enable event names with no worksheet fields or results. The choice is held in sessionStorage. After consent, the provider can ordinarily receive IP address, browser/user-agent, referrer, and provider cookies.
